SoOoO I’ve picked a photo a day for the last two weeks for a little extra motivation for myself. Today I decided to open up the Hooters bikini contest album. Here’s the picture I chose for today.
It’s funny to think when this photo was taken I thought to myself I needed to work on my stomach.
We all have something we want to work on and mine is my tummy. I enjoyed drinking one too many beers this last couple months and not enough time at the gym. This last three weeks I’ve been on a diet, started hitting the gym once a day and now I’m going twice. I’m determined to have a complete six pack.

It’s fairly easy but do it twice a day and you’ll begin to see results.
Also, I’ve been running 2-3 miles a day. By the end of three miles my legs feel so heavy but the feeling of accomplishment is there and keeps me going back for more. I can really see how people become addicted to working out!!
I’m going Monday to sign up for some boxing classes. NOT TO COMPETE but to get in the best shape of my life. Learning a little self-defense at the same time isn’t such a bad idea either. I’m uber duber excited!! (Yes I said uber duber )
