Make exercise fun! The most overused excuse I hear is “I have kids.” What does that have to do with your health? Engage in physical activities with them. Take them on a hike or kick a soccer ball around. Shoot some hoops for goodness’ sake. Not only are you bonding with your babies but you’re being active. Sports keep you in shape and also help you develop multitasking skills you can use in your day-to-day life.
